INGREDIENTS
Cashew Powder, Melon Seeds, Milk Powder, Sugar, Salt, White Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Roasted Maida, Cardamom Powder, and Mild Indian Spices.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (SERVES 3–4)

Take 100 g of Santej Red Gravy Premix.

Mix with water or milk (as preferred) to make a smooth paste.

Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add the prepared paste and cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes, stirring continuously until oil separates.

Add paneer / vegetables / soya / mushroom or your choice of protein and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Adjust salt and spice as required. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with roti, naan, paratha, or rice.
