INGREDIENTS
Cashew Powder, Melon Seed Powder, Milk Powder, Salt, Pepper Powder, Roasted Maida, Kasoori Methi, Green Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Ginger Powder, Onion Powder, and Selected Indian Spices.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (SERVES 2–3)

Take 100 g of Santej Green Gravy Premix.

Add the premix to a mixer jar along with blanched spinach and fresh tomato. Grind into a smooth paste (adjust water as needed).

Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add the prepared paste and cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously until oil separates.

Add paneer cubes / boiled vegetables / corn and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon fresh cream, stir well, and simmer briefly to enhance richness.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
Note: Adjust salt, butter, and green chilli as per taste preference.
